How it works, in plain language
Some links on this site — every button labelled “Check price on Amazon.ca” — are affiliate links to products on Amazon.ca. If you click one and buy, Amazon pays this site a commission. You pay the same price either way.
The commission never decides what we recommend. Scores come from published specs and driver reviews on a fixed 20-point scale, and a product cannot buy its way to a higher score.
Where you’ll see it
Every page that carries affiliate links shows the disclosure above before the first affiliate link — not only in the footer. The buying guide repeats it as a strip at the top of the page, right above the winner’s score and price button.
The seat comfort guide carries no affiliate links. Its meta line says so, and its cards link to the buying guide instead of Amazon.
Questions
Does clicking an affiliate link cost me anything?
No. The price you see on Amazon.ca is the same whether you arrive through our link or not.
Do commissions change your scores?
No. Recommendations are scored independently on pressure relief, stability, cab fit, and Canadian value. A commission does not change the score or the ranking.
Are your reviews based on testing the products?
Research-based. We did not test these hands-on. Scores come from published specs and driver reviews, and a product is never called tested unless it was used in a truck cab.
