Alberta + BC + Ontario — week ahead (Environment Canada forecasts)
Week ahead: sunny prairies, showers in the mountains — and two forecast corrections

Merritt runs cooler and wetter: mainly cloudy Thursday with a 60 percent chance of showers and wind gusting to 60 near noon, high 10, then cloudy with a 60 percent chance of showers Friday, high 15. Toronto stays the mild end at first — high 21 today, showers tonight with 10 to 15 mm — then cools through the week to 8 on Sunday.
